Are There Any Delivery or Installation Charges?
For most NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad) major locations, delivery and installation are included in the product price.
However, depending on your city and product selection, delivery or installation charges are applicable to other cities apart from Delhi NCR.

What Is the Delivery Timeline?
At Treeboat, every product is custom-made with care at our workshop in Gurugram, Haryana.
- Standard Dispatch Time: 10–12 days from order confirmation.
- Transit Time: 2-7 days depending on your location’s distance from Gurugram.
We’ll keep you informed at every step — from dispatch to delivery — so you know exactly when to expect your order.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, defective, or in a different size or color, we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost.

Return Policy for Custom Orders
As each Treeboat product is individually crafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations due to change of mind after production has begun.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. If the cancellation request is made within this period, you will receive a full refund.
However, once the product has entered production (typically after 48 hours from order confirmation), we are unable to accept cancellation requests.
You can cancel your order by:
- Logging into your account and selecting ‘Request Cancellation’, or
- Contacting us directly at hello@treeboat.in or +91 7827275767.
For valid cancellations, any advance amount paid will be refunded in full.
Cancellation After Delivery
Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, our delivery team will:
- Attempt to repair it on-site, or
- Provide a replacement part or complete replacement, depending on the issue.
This decision will be made by our delivery or service team.
If a manufacturing defect is identified after delivery, it will be treated as an After-Sales Complaint. In such cases, our After-Sales Specialists will arrange for repair or replacement, as deemed appropriate.
Refund Process and Timeline
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed as follows:
- For online payments or card payments made at delivery, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Promo codes or discounts used in the original order cannot be reactivated in case of cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or Treeboat.
Full or Partial Refund Eligibility
For most standard products, Treeboat offers a 100% refund for valid cancellations made within the eligible time frame.
For made-to-order or customized products, please note:
- Once production has started, 40% of the product value is non-refundable.
- The remaining 60% will be refunded if cancellation is approved before dispatch.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Our products are crafted with quality materials and will last you well with the correct care.
- Use protective mats while placing anything heavy, hot, cold, wet, or sharp on the surface, and avoid sliding items across the surface that could leave scratches.
- Wipe up spills immediately with a dry soft cloth to avoid staining. Gently blot spills on fabric with a white cloth or paper towel, do not rub.
- Bouclé fabric can stain; any spills should be treated by soaking up excess moisture before spot cleaning with a mild solvent or detergent.
- Avoid rubbing rigorously to keep texture intact. Professional cleaning is advised for more persistent stains.
- The use of chemical cleaners is not advised.
- Avoid using solvent-based products on wood and wipe down only with a damp cloth.
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight may fade the polish or color of the wood and fabric.
- Placing furniture in unregulated temperatures may cause heat/temperature damage resulting in fissures, cracks or contraction of hardwood. Always store furniture in a safe, cool, and dry area to avoid accidental and heat damage.
- Avoid outdoor use, exposure to water or prolonged moisture.
Keep sharp objects away, a little tear on the fabric will be hard to repair. - Avoid uneven distribution of weight by using the seat or armrests as a step stool or kneeling.
- Clean or vacuum upholstered furniture regularly with a soft bristle brush attachment to prevent dust from embedding between the fibers.
- We recommend getting your furniture professionally cleaned periodically and for severe stains.
