WARRANTY POLICY

Treeboat (Inserve India), with its registered office at Signum, Sector 95, Gurugram, Haryana, 122505, (“Treeboat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile application/website www.treeboat.in (“Treeboat Platform”) through which we facilitate the sale of our products (“Products”) to users of the Platform (“User” or “you” or “your”).

By accepting the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty policy (“Warranty Policy”), we provide you with the assurance that our Products will be free from manufacturing defects and defects in design and workmanship (“Warranty”).

Warranty Period: The Warranty provided under this Warranty Policy begins on the date of delivery of the Product to you. The Warranty period for each product will be specified on the product detail page along with a complete description of the product (“Warranty Period”).

Eligibility: This Warranty is non-transferable. To be eligible for this Warranty, you must present a valid invoice for the Product upon request by us or our representatives. Modifications or alterations made to the Products after purchase are not recommended and will void the Warranty.

Treeboat Responsibilities: Subject to the conditions listed on the product details page and during the Warranty Period, Treeboat, at its discretion, will (a) repair the damaged Product, (b) replace the damaged Product with a new Product, or (c) refund the purchase price of the damaged Product as follows: (a) Repair: If a Product is repaired under this Warranty, we will arrange to pick up the damaged Product from the address where it was delivered and, after repairing it, deliver the repaired Product back to the original delivery address. Upon request and at our discretion, we may agree to ship the repaired Product to a different address. (b) Replacement: Replacements will be delivered to the original delivery address, and we will collect the damaged Product at the time of delivery. We may, at our discretion and upon request, ship the replacement to a different address. (c) Refund: For pre-paid orders, refunds will be credited to the same account used for the original purchase. A valid refund claim will only be processed after the damaged Product has been successfully picked up by us.

Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover damages due to inadequate maintenance, mishandling, excessive loading, or negligence in usage. Wear and tear from regular use and natural variations in material characteristics are also excluded. Treeboat’s decision regarding defects and Warranty applicability is final.

Disclaimer: Treeboat will not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenues. This Warranty does not cover personal injury or death resulting from the User’s negligence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the remedies provided in this Warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies, and Treeboat’s total liability related to the Product or damage thereof will not exceed the purchase price of the Product. This Warranty does not cover minor imperfections, deviations from images on the Platform, or suitability for a particular use. Treeboat is not obligated to fulfill any responsibility for invalid or wrongful Warranty claims and makes no assurance that replacement Products will match the original ones.

In cases where a third-party manufacturer or service provider offers a warranty for the Product, claims will be handled directly between you and the third party. Treeboat is not responsible for such warranties and does not mediate disputes between you and the third party.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of India. All claims arising from this Warranty Policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Amendment: Treeboat reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this Warranty Policy to comply with applicable laws or for other reasons, with or without notice.

CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY

Treeboat (Inserve India), with its registered office at [Insert Address], (“Treeboat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile application/website www.treeboat.in (“Treeboat Platform”) through which we facilitate the sale of furniture and related products (“Products”) to users of the Treeboat Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

Our goal is to provide the best customer experience from ordering to returning a Product. This cancellation, return, and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms, outlines our procedures and policies for accepting Product cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Applicability of Policy 1.1 By using the Treeboat Platform and/or placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not transact on the Treeboat Platform.

1.2 We may update this Policy from time to time. Please review the Policy each time you use the Treeboat Platform to ensure you understand the terms applicable at that time.

Terms for Cancellation, Return, and Refund of Orders 2.1 Cancellation of Products (a) You may cancel orders partially or fully before the Products are shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once the Product has been shipped.

(b) To cancel an order, use the unique tracking number received with your order and send an email to Treeboat.

(c) We will process the cancellation and refund within 7 (Seven) business days from receiving your cancellation request or the pick-up of the Products, if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. All refunds are subject to the policies and charges of your bank or financial institution.

(d) For made-to-order products, cancellations or modifications are not allowed once the order is placed. Review product specifications and customization details carefully before ordering.

(e) For certain products, cancellations are allowed until shipment. Complaints related to damage or defects within 7 days of delivery are eligible for repair or replacement.

(f) Made-to-order (MTO) products cannot be canceled post-order. Complaints related to damage or defects within 7 days of delivery are eligible for repair or replacement.

(g) Cancellation policies may vary by pin code. Check the specific cancellation policy for your location on the Treeboat Platform.

(h) Product-specific cancellation policies will be mentioned on the product listing page. Third-party Product cancellation policies will be detailed on the respective product listing page.

2.2 Return of Products (a) You may request a return if: (i) the Product is damaged; (ii) both the Product and packaging are damaged; (iii) the Product is defective or not working; (iv) parts or accessories are missing; or (v) the Product is not as described. Requests must be made within 7 (seven) days of receiving the Product (“Return Period”).

(b) Products must be in unused, original condition with the invoice, brand packaging, tags, user manual, warranty cards, and accessories for a successful return.

(c) Register a return request on the Treeboat Platform immediately. We will verify the defects or damages and, if acceptable, process the return. We may request images of the Product or arrange an inspection.

(d) Returns will not be accepted if: (i) the wrong product was ordered; (ii) the Product is non-returnable (e.g., personalized or made-to-order Products); (iii) the return request is made outside the Return Period. Damage due to improper care or modifications will not be accepted. Our decision is final.

(e) Products must be returned through our reverse-logistics partners. Upon receiving your request, we will arrange for collection.

(f) There may be differences in fabric color and wood finish due to screen variations. Products may not be returnable in such cases or for buyer’s remorse.

2.3 Refund (a) Refunds are processed for Products only if payment was received.

(b) Refunds for eligible Products will be processed within 7 (Seven) business days after verification. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

(c) Cash refunds are not provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 (Seven) working days. If delays occur, contact us for assistance.

(d) Refunds will not include shipping charges unless the Product was delivered damaged or defective. Refunds for shipping charges will be provided if accepted after verification.

(e) We reserve the right to reject a refund request if the Product does not meet our quality conditions. In such cases, the Product will be returned without a refund.
